ISO/IEC 17024 Scheme for Certification of Persons
The National Cleaner Production Centre (NCPC) operates a Certification Body for certifying persons under ISO/IEC 17024 Standard – General Requirements for Bodies Operating Certification Systems of Persons. NCPC, at present develops and administers certification processes for consultants in the fields of Carbon Footprint Quantification, Chemicals Management, Cleaner Production, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 50001 Energy Management System and Water Audit & Water Footprint and certification processes for Sustainability Manager.
